I found a blog the other day where a friend was using her blog to stay accountable for her fitness. I feel that is a great idea and it is a great place to track daily fitness, calorie intake, and progress toward my fitness goal. With that being said, my fitness goal is to reach 200 lbs again, and be in the low teens with my body fat percentage. In addition to this I am going to track my goals for prospecting and networking for real estate. I'm puting together various menus where I can stay around 2000 calories daily as my metabolism gets more efficient I will be able to increase the intake. It's time to really kick it in gear as I've been working out but not as intensly as I need to. So here goes.
